Move
Yoga, Pilates and somatic movement in Chesterfield
Move at FolcWhether you want to build strength, ease tension, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with your body, there's a Movement session for you.
Modern life often pulls us out of our bodies — into screens, into thinking, into doing. Our Move sessions are about coming back to yourself. They help you reconnect with your body, build strength and ease, and shift what feels stuck. You leave not just having moved, but feeling more present, more resourced, and more like you.
All regular weekly and monthly Move classes are included in every Folc membership and class pack.
