A breath-led yoga flow drawing on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha to build strength, flexibility, and present-moment focus.

A breath-led morning yoga flow to awaken body and mind, build mobility, and set a focused, energised tone for your day.

Yoga for Beginners
A welcoming, slower-paced introduction – foundational postures, simple breathwork, and guided meditations included.

A slower-paced session combining gentle stretches with strengthening exercises to release tension and build stability.

A low-impact, mat-based session to strengthen your core, improve posture, and build body awareness through controlled movement.

A gentle, supported yoga session using a chair throughout — ideal if getting up and down from the floor feels challenging.

Our Founders

Bronwyn is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and specialises in embodied movement and Trauma-Informed teaching. She believes that as we become more in-tune with our bodies, we can start to embrace ourselves better, grow and heal.

Kevin is a creative thinker, brand strategist and climber. He's fascinated by how we can be happier by living more intentional lives. He's meditated since 2013, studied simple living, and has taken a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation course. He runs the mindfulness & meditation classes at Kula.
Our Teachers
We have a range of teachers from Chesterfield, Sheffield, Nottingham and the broader local area.
Our teachers are highly qualified and each have their own specialisms, from chiropody to dance. Feel free to ask them their story.
