These sessions offer a gentle, grounded space to reconnect with your body, release tension, and calm the mind using evidence-based tools that support nervous system regulation.
Each session includes:
Somatic movement and restorative yoga to ease physical tension and enhance body awareness
NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) for profound nervous system restoration
Breathwork techniques to soothe stress and support emotional balance
Mindfulness practices to help you feel anchored and present
This class is especially supportive if you're navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or simply want to feel more connected and at ease in your body. It's open to all levels, no prior yoga experience needed, and fully adaptable, with minimal transitions up and down from the floor. All equipment is provided.
