Ready to stop surviving and start feeling alive?
Join our Rest & Renew residential retreat
A weekend transformative retreat for overwhelmed women ready to reclaim their peace.
17–19 July, 2026 | Peak District
“Bronwyn facilitated this weekend beautifully, bringing together women from all walks of life. Opening discussion to reflect and bring clarity, supporting each other in realisations and decisions.
The location was a welcome break from the noise of the city, with lovely walks out in the hills. Thank you!”
When was the last time you truly relaxed?
This retreat is for women, if you’ve felt this:
You lie in bed exhausted, but your mind won’t stop racing
Everyone needs something from you, but you have nothing left to give
You don’t feel like “you” anymore and you’re tired of pretending
You know you’re burned out, but you don’t know where to begin
You’ve tried bubble baths, breaks, even wine, but the emptiness remains
You don’t need to escape your life.
You need space to come back to yourself.
Rest & Renew is that space.
Who’s this for?
This retreat is for women who:
✅ Are emotionally exhausted from giving to everyone but themselves
✅ Feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or just… numb
✅ Are high-achievers, carers, professionals, and mums
✅ Are ready to reconnect with their body, breath, and truth
✅ Want more than a spa day, you want a reset
If you keep pushing through, you’ll burn out even more.
This is your chance to pause, breathe, and begin again with intention.
