Step 1: Book a class
Choose a class from our schedule and book online.
Step 2: Arrive at Folc
Arrive around 10 minutes early. Our door will be open and your teacher inside, ready to greet you. Find us here.
Step 3: Enjoy your session
You’ll be guided through the class, with facilitators offering variations and options throughout. Remember, it’s not about getting it ‘right’. It’s about enjoying the movement.
Step 4: Leave energised
Return to your day, having taken the time to care for you and your body. And maybe even having made a new friend.

We believe access to movement, mindfulness and community shouldn't depend on your bank account.
That's why we offer tiered pricing: standard and supported. Standard pricing reflects the true cost of running the studio. Supported pricing is available for anyone who needs it temporarily.

Yep. You’ll be absolutely fine.
Our facilitators are wonderful and will help you understand the poses. They’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition you are unsure about, please check with a medical professional beforehand.

Not at all. You become flexible through practice. Everyone who walks through the door feels a bit stiff. That's normal. Your body will change as you keep showing up.

Everyone is. Really. Everyone who walks through our door has felt nervous at some point. You're not alone in that feeling.
Come 10 minutes early if you can. Tell your facilitator it's your first class. They'll help you settle in. And remember: no one's watching you. Everyone's focused on their own practice.

Just a water bottle and yourself. We have mats and other equipment if you need.
That being said, you’re welcome to bring your own mat, blocks and straps if you like.
For all our movement classes, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothes.
It can also be nice to bring a jumper for the relaxation part, as we tend to cool down quickly once we stop moving.

Aim for 10 minutes before the class starts. This gives you time to settle in, get a mat if needed, and chat with your facilitator.
We lock the door during class for security, so you won’t be let in after the class starts.
Note: There is no inside waiting area at Folc.

There isn't one. Wear whatever lets you move and feels good to you. Leggings, joggers, t-shirts, your choice.
The only rule is: wear what makes you feel comfortable. A remember to be respectful to others.
